The scope of the works is to build a 12 story comprehensive tuition building that consists of tuition, work, experimentation, information processing and other functions, including the construction of the main building, water and electricity, HVAC, elevators, curtain walls, door and window installation, etc. The time for completion is 24 months. This project is one of the key projects for improvement of the teaching environment of the Water Institute in Kenya.
